G.U.T. Feeling, 2011 - 2015
"G.U.T. Feeling" is a sprawling five-year project that combines the concept of a Grand Unification Theory or "Theory of Everything" (a hypothetical single, all-encompassing, and beautiful equation that fully explains and links together all physical aspects of the universe) with an instinctual approach for visual analogy. Riffing off the aesthetics of science and pseudoscience, "G.U.T. Feeling" attempts to unify all my interests including photography, sculpture, installation, song and performance. The images and collages from "G.U.T. Feeling" are a mix of scientific archives and my own imagery strung together as undecipherable equations.
